SIRENE provides official company data and can match a contact against declared officers.
1. Search for and prefill the company
The user searches by name or registration number and then selects the expected legal unit.
The result populates the draft; the persisted company is created only after journey validation.
2. Verify officer status
The contact declared by the user is compared against natural-person officers of the company.
The result is a control signal; it does not replace a fuller identity or authority check.
